Member Profile: Pilates Studio of Fairfield
The Pilates Studio of Fairfield, LLC, established in 2002 by Stephanie Peterson, is Fairfield's original Pilates studio. Stephanie began her Pilates training in Boulder, Colorado following disc surgery in 1998. She found it the most effective way to strengthen her core muscles, therefore supporting her spine and preventing further injuries. She was so excited about the method that she decided to enroll in the teacher training program in order to spread this amazing method to others. » Continued
