A real estate agent acting as an independent contractor in a real estate office can join for a real estate single rate.

A bank’s investment is calculated on the total number of branches within the town of Fairfield. The per branch fee is $740.

New Member Notes:

New members pay the full annual membership fee covering the first 12 months, and will be invoiced annually, on the joined Anniversary date.

One-Time Processing Fee: $35.00 Administration Processing for New Members

The Chamber offers a “voluntary” Technology Contribution fee, which is critical to keeping the Chamber running smoothly. It helps with expenses for computers, phone equipment, and will cover repairs when needed.

A business or organization does not need to be located in the Town of Fairfield to join the Chamber. All are welcome to apply!

Non-Profits:

The same fee structure applies to Non-Profit Organizations, however Non-Profits are exempt from the $35 New Member Processing Fee.
